Temperatures trend downward again heading into the last weekend of February, with a couple of legit snow and wintry mix chances in the forecast for New Jersey.
According to njweather.org, with an average statewide temperature of 41 degrees, we have tied 1932 as the warmest January in New Jersey since they started keeping records in 1895.
Although New Jersey's weather forecast turns mainly dry through early next week, we are facing some big temperatures swings over the next 24 to 48 hours.
The above-normal temperatures will meet with some clouds and a few batches of rain showers, with little to no chance of wintry weather or snow on the horizon.
