Taylor Swift Surprises Special Young Fan [VIDEO]

Taylor Swift has always had a huge heart when it comes to her fans, young and old alike.  But at her Red Tour stop in Charlotte, North Carolina recently, she surprised a special little fan.

According to her "Prayers for Emma" Facebook page, little Emma is suffering from fanconi anemia, which is a rare blood disorder.

And little Emma got the thrill of her young life before the show by going back stage to meet Taylor Swift!

Little did Emma know that the best was yet to come.
