You've heard of the "Freshman 15" right?  Well, this is the "Cat Country 15!"

It's the same concept - according to Wikipedia, this how the "Freshman 15" is described,

"The freshman 15 is an expression commonly used in the United States and Canada that refers to an amount (somewhat arbitrarily set at 15 pounds) of weight often gained during a student's first year at college.  The purported causes of this weight gain are increased alcohol intake and the consumption of fat and carbohydrate-rich cafeteria-style food and fast food in university dormitories."

Here at Cat Country 107.3, we are very lucky that some great local businesses bring by sweet and savory treats all the time.

However, if you partake in each one of these treats, almost everyday, you will gain 15 pounds.  Quickly.

That's the "Cat Country 15."

Just say no!  Ironically, our company just sent out an email encouraging all of us to join a company-wide "Weight Loss Challenge!"
