A friend told me about the 17 Day Diet over the weekend. So, what did I do? I downloaded the book on my Kindle and I'm starting tomorrow. After all, she's lost 43 pounds and it's some pretty serious inspiration when you see results on a personal level. Either way, here we go again! I can do anything for 17 days right?

Dieting is so dang confusing. One day fat is the enemy and next it's carbs. Watch this video and you'll be even more confused! As it turns out, you can't trust food labels. Accuracy is too much to ask for apparently. I guess it's true, the only way to lose weight is to eat less and move more! Oh yeah, and skip processed foods. Wish me luck!
