A couple weeks ago, I mentioned Tim McGraw and Faith Hill were trying to sell their farm in Nashville. Bad news: part of it sold. Good news: you can still buy the remaining 621 acres!

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have reportedly sold about 17 percent of their farm just outside of Nashville for about $3 million. The couple that bought the 131 acres of land plan on building a home there.

Meanwhile -- and I know you were worried -- you can still buy the remaining 621 acres for only $18.5 million. And Tim and Faith will gladly sell you a part of that in case almost a square mile of land is too much to handle.

The property, which was partially owned by country music icon Hank Williams at one point, contains a home dating back to the 1850s, a log cabin dating back to the 1860s, four other houses, and a 12-stall barn.
