Toby, Did You Steal The Song?

Webster's on-line dictionary defines plagiarism as:  "The act of appropriating the ideas and language of another, and passing them for one's own."

Enter a hip-hop artist named Carleton Zeus. Zeus - or at least some of his fans - claims Toby Keith's new song "Red Solo Cup" is a direct theft of his song, "Sharpie Solo Cup."  Here's Zeus' video. You be the judge.
