Troopers Investigating Suspicious Activity in Woodbine
New Jersey State Troopers are investigating incidents of suspicious activity in Woodbine that have occurred during the past week. There have been multiple reports of a man knocking on doors and peering into windows.
On one occasion, the man realized that he was noticed by a resident of the home and immediately fled the area on foot.
Based on the similar descriptions by witnesses, the New Jersey State Police Forensic Photography and Composite Artist Unit completed a composite sketch of the individual.
The man is described as being a black male between the ages of 38 and 45, 5' 10" to 6' tall, 165-185 pounds, dark eyes, and dark moles/skin tags covering his face. He was last seen wearing a black windbreaker, black pants, and a black knit cap.
