Two people from the Villas are facing narcotics-related charges following the execution of a search warrant at their home late last week.

Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland says 43-year-old Michael Hamilton and 63-year-old Judith Hamilton were arrested after an investigation revealed they were selling heroin from their home. Authorities reportedly seized over 300 bags of suspected heroin, marijuana, and a sword. During the search warrant execution, Michael Hamilton attempted to obstruct officers by utilizing a juvenile to hide the suspected heroin.

Michael Hamilton has been charged with distribution of heroin, possession of heroin, utilizing a juvenile in the commission of a crime, endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction of justice, and various weapons-related charges. Judith Hamilton was charged with distribution of heroin, possession of heroin, and possession of marijuana.
