The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced Thursday that two men were arrested last month on drug charges and thousands of bags of heroin were confiscated by police.

Two men from Paterson were arrested on November 18th as authorities broke-up a heroin trafficking ring between Paterson and Atlantic City. 28-year-old Donald Bernard of Paterson is facing a long list of drug-related charges, including possession of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school zone. 30-year-old Adolfo Robles, also of Paterson, also faces numerous drug-related charges.

A four-month-long investigation resulted in the recovery of over five ounces of heroin and over 7,000 individual bags of heroin.

Both Bernard and Robles were being lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $100,000 and $150,000 cash bail, respectively.
