Two People Killed in Overnight Crash on Garden State Parkway

Two people were killed and two others were injured early Saturday morning in a crash on the Garden State Parkway in Port Republic.

WPVI-TV reports the crash happened around 1:30 Saturday morning on the Mullica River Bridge in Port Republic. State Police say the driver lost control and plummeted off the bridge. It took crews about three hours to pull the victims out of the water.

Police continue to investigate the crash.
