Last night during my Couch to 5K run, I wanted to put some extra pep in my step. Sure, I like to rock out, but there's just something about a good heavy/dirty bass line. Unfortunately, the #C25K app won't let you use any other app than your iTunes playlist (boo! I love RadioPup) for running music, so I, a certified radio personality, found myself downloading new running music on iTunes. I'm pretty glad I did though, my running may have actually progressed past a 3 mile per hour shuffle! What can I say? I'm blazing fast! lol

I highly recommend these for my running brothers and sisters!
