Use The Thanksgiving Calorie Counter to Avoid Overeating
According to The Thanksgiving Calorie Counter, I will need to walk 17.7 miles in order to walk off my caloric intake on Thanksgiving.
And that's if I only drink one glass of wine.... And come on, anyone that knows me knows I will drink more than that ;)
Here's what I estimated on the calorie counter for my Thanksgiving day feast:
One glass of wine, A cup of coffee with cream and sugar, A cracker with cheese, One tablespoon ranch dressing, Six ounces of white and dark turkey, Half a cup of stuffing, Half a cup of mashed potatoes, Half a cup of gravy, Half a cup of green bean casserole, A dinner roll, A pat of butter, A slice of pumpkin pie, Half a cup of whipped cream, ...that comes to 1770 calories. You will need to walk 17.7 miles, 28.54 kilometers, or 35400 steps, assuming you cover one mile in 2,000 steps.
