Vanessa Williams is the latest judge to be announced for the Miss America Pageant!

Williams made history in 1983 as the first African-American woman to be crowned Miss America, only to resign 10 months into her reign after some nude photos from her past made their way into Penthouse.

For years she's felt the judgement, telling People Magazine,

"For years, I'd walk into an audition and feel the judgment," Williams told PEOPLE in 2012 of the aftermath. "I was a scandalous Miss America. Vanessa the Undressa. But I silently thought, one day you'll see what I'm made of."

Williams joins other celebrity judges - Brett Eldredge, Zendaya, Amy Purdy and Taya Kyle.

Miss America 2016 will be crowned Sunday night live on ABC at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.
