So with football season kicking-off, and pre-game parties/tailgates conquering all--I figured nuggets would be an amazing appetizer for my fanatics. But how do you make these easy dippers healthyWith veggies!

All you need to make this deliciousness is:

  • 3 carrots, peeled & cut into chunks
  • ½ head cauliflower, broken up
  • 1 head broccoli, broken up
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1¾ cup plain bread crumbs

This recipe makes about 35 nuggets and it's PERFECT.
