A big congrats to Gloucester City's senior quarterback Marc Seibert for taking home last week's High School Athlete of the Week award.

This week, we have a new set of local student-athletes who shine on their respective fields. Each are now in the running to take home this week’s Athlete of the Week honors.

Sam Crouch, Football, Buena - The junior who can shine on both sides of the ball scored 4 touchdowns and added the game-winning 2-point conversion in an overtime win over Oakcrest.

 

Jane Donio-Enscoe, Field Hockey, Hammonton - Her 100th career goal to led the unbeaten Blue Devils to their 13th win. Her 33 goals on the season are more than any player in Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and southern Ocean counties.

 

Madie Gibson, Soccer, Lower Cape May - After scoring her 100th career goal, the senior netted a hat trick on Monday to lift her Cape-Atlantic League leading goal total this season to 22.

 

Brandon Hadtke, Cross Country, Ocean City - The junior led the Red Raiders to a win over previously undefeated Mainland and a 60th straight meet victory.

 

Lamont Harris, Football, St. Augustine - Already one of South Jersey's top backs on the year, he tied a CAL record by scoring 6 touchdowns in 259-yard rushing performance

 

Taylor Schad, Tennis, Middle Township - The senior won three matches this week by 6-0, 6-0 scores, and she led MTHS into the South Jersey semifinal.
