A 19-year-old man who was wanted for stabbing a man in Atlantic City on April 14th has been arrested.

Cops in Atlantic City say in the early morning hours of April 21st, they responded to the 2700 block of Arctic Avenue after they received a 911 call from a concerned citizen. Julio Taveras-Hernandez was located and arrested without incident.

The ACPD says Taveras-Hernandez was wanted after stabbing a man on April 14th. The victim, a 51-year-old man from Atlantic City, suffered serious injuries but has since been released from the hospital.

Taveras-Hernandez has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purposes; he was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
