We've seen the ice bucket challenge, the manikin challenge and MANY other challenges that throw the internet world into a united tizzy trying to accomplish them.

But this is something else... It's called the "Invisible Box Challenge" made viral by a VERY athletic high school cheerleader from Texas.

She quite literally gives the illusion of her stepping over an invisible box. And as easy as she makes it look, it's actually quite hard!
