Will Michael Phelps Win Against The Great White Shark? [POLL]

As you may have heard, Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps is allegedly racing a great white shark to kick off Shark week this Sunday.

Not for nothing, this promo gave me goose bumps...

But, as if the winner of 23 Olympic gold medals and holder of 39 world records needs to prove himself anymore then he already has; he will kick off Discovery’s Shark Week 2017 with “Phelps vs. Shark: Great Gold vs. Great White” on July 23 at 8pm

The special, which explores the great white, will feature Phelps diving with them and, ultimately, comparing his times to the sharks over a distance of 100 meters.

However, when asked by TMZ if Phelps had a chance against the ruler of the ocean, Phelps former teammate Ryan Lochte, the 12-time Olympic medalist, said:

“Hell no.”
