Will You Let the Amazon Delivery Man Into Your Home If You’re Not There?

So, Amazon has an idea.

If a driver delivers a package, and you're not home, how about they just come in to your house and leave it there, instead of outside on your porch?

Uh, OK.

"While you're there, help yourself to the leftover meatloaf in the fridge....."

Amazon has an idea they'd like you to but in to. When I say "buy in to", you need, of course, to buy something.

Thank something is called "Amazon Key." Here's the deal: you purchase a kit ($250) that include new smart door locks and security cameras, and using a phone app, people you designate can unlock your door and walk in.

The idea is that this could be used for delivery drivers, house cleaners, painters, repairmen, etc.

What could possibly go wrong?
