Amber Marchese Leaves Real Housewives of New Jersey

Amber Marchese from the Real Housewives of New Jersey will not return for the next season of Bravo's popular TV franchise.

She tells People,

"Jim and I have been giving Real Housewives or New Jersey a lot of thought and given the current state of affairs regarding our personal lives and the direction of the show, we officially decided to move on," Marchese says. "The show was not what we expected it to be, and I want to pursue more suitable endeavors."

Jim and Amber Marchese joined the reality show last year for season 6, but have decided to walk away.  Marchese claims that her relationships with the other women on the show were fabricated for filming purposes.

Well, duh.
