Cape May County Announces Free Flu Clinic Schedule

As the summer beings to wind-down, flu season is just around the corner and officials in Cape May County will be offering flu shots.

Drive-thru flu vaccines for people over the age of 13 will be available by appointment only at the Cape May County Fire Academy, 171 Crest Haven Rd. in Cape May Court House, on October 3rd and 17th from 8AM to 1PM.

Family flu vaccine clinics for children 6 months and older and their families, again by appointment only, will be held at the Cape May County National Guard Armory, 600 Garden State Pkwy. in Cape May Court House, on October 6th from 2 to 5PM, October 14th from 9AM to Noon, and October 22nd from 2 to 5PM.

Officials say all flu clinics are by appointment only and will require a completed consent form. Masks must also be worn to receive a flu shot. To make an appointment, call (609) 465-1187; more information can be found on the county's website.
