If you are a veteran, first, thank you for your service, and second, if you are in need of employment, circle Thursday, April 22nd on your calendar.

The New Jersey Casino Control Commission and the American Legion will be holding a veterans casino job fair that day, rain or shine, from 10AM to 1PM outside (for social distancing purposes) at the NJCCC parking lot at Tennessee Avenue and the Boardwalk in Atlantic City.

The NJCCC says all of Atlantic City's nine casinos will be participating as they have nearly 1,800 part and full-time openings to fill.

James T. Plousis, Chairman of the Casino Control Commission said in a statement, "I am very happy to be able to host this event outside under several tents and look forward to its success. Atlantic City and the casino industry here are well-positioned for the coming summer months in compliance with Governor Murphy's mitigation directives and hopefully improving public health conditions."
