36-year-old Troy Demby of Egg Harbor Township has been indicted in the fatal shooting of an Atlantic City man in February.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner says Demby is facing the following charges: first degree murder, first degree felony murder, first degree robbery, second degree unlawful possession of a handgun, second degree possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose, and first degree possession of a handgun by a defendant previously convicted of a No Early Release Act Crime.

On the morning of February 2nd, police officers found 30-year-old Raphael G. Terrigino of Atlantic City dead inside of his vehicle on Stenton Avenue in Pleasantville. An autopsy determined the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head.

The same indictment also charges Demby with first degree possession of CDS with intent to distribute after investigators seized about 10 ounces of cocaine in a home where Demby was located on February 7th.

Demby remains at the Atlantic County Justice Facility; his arraignment is scheduled for May 21st.
