There's a house for sale in Connecticut... and even if you won the lottery, chances are, you still couldn't afford it. Let's just say you're not gonna see this one on HGTV's "House Hunters."

Business Insider has listed the most expensive homes currently for sale in each state. At the top spot on the list is Copper Beech Farm in Greenwich, CT.  The asking price: $190,000,000.

Yeah, $190 million.

That’s the highest asking price for a home in American history. The shore-front house comes with a dozen bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and a 75-foot-long pool (heated, of course).

If that’s a little out of your price range, you can try the cheapest most expensive home in the country -- it's in Fargo, ND, for a cool $3.2 million. That one has six bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms, as well an indoor pool and move theater.
