NJ Boutique Bakery Making Life Events Even Sweeter

A few years ago, I met this unbelievably talented baker through an open house my friend was having for her store. They had been friends since high school and a whole group of these women have made an amazing, supportive women in business network over the years. You will see me feature these women individually as my writing goes on. In this particular article I'd like to talk about Crystal Dawn Froberg, Owner and Baker of Honeybloom Bakery.

When I saw Crystal's beautiful cake and pastry artistry, then tasted the decadence and delicious flavors that went with them, I knew I wanted her to make a First Wedding Anniversary cake for my husband and I. I didn't know how long she needed to make the cake, but I was definitely calling more on the last-minute side. It didn't matter, Crystal went above and beyond! I gave her the flavors I wanted, the colors, and the look, it was like she was in my mind, and everything was perfect.

I asked for peanut butter-flavored cake, my hub's favorite. Crystal skimps on nothing, all her flavors and ingredients are the highest of quality, all-natural, and real! She also offers vegan and gluten-free options. My husband and I went away that weekend, eating pieces of our cake for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in between snacks. We could not get enough!

From there, I've relied on Crystal for all the special occasions in my life! She made beautiful cupcakes for our Girls Getaway, her special decadent mini donuts for my 50th Birthday trip,

and a gorgeous 50th Birthday cake for my best friend.

As for my 50th Birthday she made not one, but two special cakes for me. I requested a smaller cake for the night of my birthday to bring to dinner with me and a bigger cake for my 50th Birthday party.

While I give Crystal the details I prefer, I always leave the artistry up to her, it's the most exciting part! When I pick up the final product, I am always overjoyed, even got emotional a couple of times. She never disappoints and always creates something beyond what I could hope for.
