Vineland High Player Scores 60 Points

James Lawson, a 5' 9" guard, broke the Vineland High School team record for points in a single game set by D.J. Campbell against Atlantic City in 2019.

That's pretty good company. Campbell went on to star for the Stockton U. Ospreys.

According to the Press of Atlantic City, Lawson had nine 3-pointers, 13- 2 point baskets and went 7 for 11 from the foul line.

He scored the 60th point on a layup with 17 seconds left in the game.

Vineland (15-9) advances to play # 5 seed Wildwood Catholic in round two of the CAL.
