Prosecutors say a man from Mays Landing, who continues to be on the run, has been indicted in connection to a homicide in Egg Harbor Township this past summer.

38-year-old Isaiah Toulson is facing murder, conspiracy to commit murder, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a
weapon for an unlawful purpose charges.

According to authorities, during the early morning hours of August 19th, 2022, officers with the Egg Harbor Township Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 call from 6805 Delilah Rd. for a report of a man who had been shot.

The victim, identified as 31-year-old Charles Wynn, was subsequently pronounced dead.

BreakingAC.com reported Wynn was released from prison in May 2022, after serving an eight-year sentence for killing a man inside of an Atlantic City motel in 2015.

Toulson was charged in December following a four-month-long investigation.

Officials say this remains an open and cooperative investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Egg Harbor Township Police Department.

Toulson is not in custody. If he is spotted, do not approach him and immediately dial 9-1-1.
