Major League Baseball Is Killing Mike Trout’s Career
Millville's most popular professional athlete is being hit hard by the shutdown of Major League Baseball.
Currently, while other sports are getting their acts together, Major League Baseball has been in a battle between owners and the player's association. They can't seem to resolve how how much of their salary players would receive and how many games would constitute a season.
What this is doing is killing Mike Trout's career! Trout, who's 28, is really in his career's prime years. Missing a year right now means fans are missing out on probably seeing one of the best player's best career year.
Missing out on the season also means Trout's career numbers are going to suffer - numbers that, when he finally retires, could possibly be some of the best ever.
Come on baseball, get your act together! South Jersey - and America - wants to see one of the best players ever play the game!
