While it is great to donate a holiday meal to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, you can help them more by writing a check. Here's why.

Because they buy in bulk and mass quantities, The Food Bank can stretch a dollar much further than we can, so while it is nice to donate a turkey for Thanksgiving, you can help more by donating a check.

If a man approached you and asked you for food, would you help him? Or, would you say no. Or, would you ignore him.

The 15th annual Joe Kelly – Cat Country Turkey Bowling Challenge was a huge success at Sage Jewelers, on Tilton Road, in Northfield.
