Compete in Curly Fry Eating Competition

You spend your summer eating on the boardwalk, so how about competing in a boardwalk eating contest?

Morey's Piers in Wildwood is hosting a Curly Fry Eating Contest this Sunday -  Father's Day - and you can enter!

I'll be hosting the competition, which begins at Noon on Sunday, at Morey's Surfside Pier. There will actually be 2 competitions: an amateur category and a professional event. The professional - with a $1,000 cash prize - is open to anyone who has won money in any previous eating competition. The amateur - with a $500 prize -  is open to the rest of us.

In each event contestants will try to eat as many curly fries as they can in a five minute period.
