Another Casino in Atlantic City, NJ Wants to Add a Helicopter Landing Pad
Another casino in Atlantic City is looking to draw serious high rollers with a place to land their helicopters.
Ocean Casino Resort has reportedly applied for a state license to put a helicopter pad atop the property's 13-story parking garage.
As if this place could get ANY fancier! Can you imagine Mark Wahlberg coming to check on Wahlburger's this way? Maybe even the Kardashians?
The application is currently under review by the Bureau of Aeronautics at the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Courier Post reports.
The helicopter pad is part of an $85 million development project, and kind of the casino's birthday gift to itself, according to Ocean Casino Resort spokesperson Brian Brennan.
Ocean Casino Resort, formerly Revel, turns five years old this year.
Five other helistops are in existence in Atlantic City, according to Courier Post, at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Golden Nugget Casino, Harrah's, Hard Rock Casino Hotel, and at Steel Pier.
