Atlantic City Area Boxers, Holy Spirit Grads Will Fight [Photos]

On Saturday, March 7, 2026, two former Holy Spirit High School stars Will be fighting on a professional boxing card at the Tropicana Atlantic City.

Justin Figueroa is a 2017 graduate of Holy Spirit High School. He is an undefeated 16-0 championship title holder.

Josh Popper is a 2011 graduate of Holy Spirit High School and he is 5-0 as a professional boxer.

Figueroa Is Known As “Mr. Atlantic City”

And, he wears it well, riding it all the way to the Junior NABF Super Welterweight Championship … a title that he presently holds.

Popper Is Known As “The Hamner”

Yesterday, Popper and Hammer visited Holy Spirit High School in Absecon, New Jersey to address the students students about their journeys from Holy Spirit High student athletes to undefeated professional boxers.

Holy Spirit High School Speaker Series

Figueroa and Popper talked about lessons on discipline, perseverance, faith, and balancing academic and athletic excellence.

Figueroa and Popper participated in the vibrant Spartan Way Speaker Series.
