Cape May, NJ Store Has Peanut Free, Delicious Chocolates

On Saturday, January 27, 2024, while enjoying time in Cape May City, New Jersey, we came across a wonderful chocolate shop.

It’s located right along the Washington Street Mall.

Peanut and tree nut allergies are becoming more and more common place in America, today.

There are many people who want to enjoy chocolates and other foods and treats, but, most often times, the food item is manufactured on equipment that is shared with and also processes peanuts, tree nuts and other common allergens.

Even if the equipment is regularly cleaned, all it takes for those who are sensitive and highly allergic to peanuts and tree nuts … is to ingest, even trace amounts of the nut protein.

The result can be catastrophic, regarding everything from mild reactions, to scary, full-blown anaphylaxis.

I purchased multiple items yesterday. The product is delicious, rich, high quality chocolates … made by the Vermont Nut Free Chocolates Company.

Louisa’s Chocolate Bar is open for business during the winter season.

We visit Cape May City and The Washington Mall often, during all four seasons. This is the first time that I have ever noticed Louisa’s Chocolate Bar.

I’m really glad that we went inside. I bought a bunch of peanut and tree nut free chocolate items to try them out and report back to you.

Milk Chocolate clusters, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, a big milk chocolate with rice crispies bar and various chocolate pops.

It is a delicious line of chocolates that those with peanut and tree nut allergies can eat with guaranteed, absolute confidence.
