Burlington County Man Accused of Soliciting Sex Videos From 50 Girls
Riverside, N.J. — A Burlington County man charged with engaging in sexual conversations with approximately 50 underage girls and soliciting sexual photos and videos from them has pleaded not guilty and is headed to trial.
33-year-old Gilmer Briones-Guevara of Riverside was indicted last month and entered his not guilty plea earlier this week. He has been lodged at the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly since his arrest in April.
How the Investigation Started
The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office High-Tech Crimes Unit said they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding Briones-Guevara's alleged online activities.
Investigators determined he had engaged in sexual conversations with approximately 50 underage girls, often sending them photos and videos of himself masturbating and requesting they send similar material in return. Ten of those he targeted complied, creating and sending child sexual abuse material of themselves.
According to authorities, a handgun and cocaine were seized during a search of his home, resulting in additional weapons and drug charges.
Charges
Briones-Guevara faces ten counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree luring and enticing a child, second-degree possession of CDS with intent to distribute, second-degree possession of a firearm while committing certain drug offenses, two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree possession of CDS, and third-degree obscenity to a minor.

Investigators believe additional victims may exist. Anyone who believes their child was approached by Briones-Guevara online or in person is urged to contact the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office at (609) 265-5035.
