Trenton, N.J. — New Jersey State Police say investigators made 225 arrests, seized 72 firearms, and recovered 130 stolen vehicles during three months of targeted violent crime operations across the state.

Those numbers, which were released on Wednesday, cover the second quarter of this year, April through June, during which state troopers conducted nearly two dozen coordinated operations aimed at dismantling criminal networks and reducing violent crime.

Beyond the arrests and weapons, investigators seized approximately 101 kilograms of cocaine and heroin and confiscated roughly $1 million in cash that was connected to illegal activity.
