A magistrate judge recommended that relief Shoujd detracted, based upon Krasner’s filing.
However, 4 Philadelphia District Attorney office supervisors reviewed the 2022 case this year and have discovered disturbing facts.
The review supervisors said that the filings contained “material misstatements,” and they moved hacking June, 2026 to withdraw it.

Judge Diamond found Stiegler’s testimony to be “largely discredited. Often contradictory, evasive or outright dishonest,” said Judge Diamond.
