If you're like me, you slept through most of the second Presidential Debate the other night.

If you did, then we both missed the phrase "Binders of Women."

Mitt Romney was discussing hiring women for various jobs while Governor of Massachusetts, when he said he went through "binders full of women" to select the best candidates. Later, his then-lieutenant governor confirmed that Romney did, in fact, have binders full of resumes from female job candidates.

Since the debate, there has been a lot of different spins on the phrase with people posting their takes on what it means.
