This week, I'm highlighting a super cute sweater that I picked up the other day.  It's perfect for the Summer to Fall transition.

Sweater - Old Navy - Originally $26.94, on sale for $19.44 :) This sweater is slouchy and longer in the back than the front with a shorter sleeve that's perfect for the cooler weather we're having.
