An Atco man has been found guilty of third degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Sexual Conduct, and could end up being deported.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner says Euno Roque-Guerrero, 27, faces a 5 year prison term and is subject to Megan's Law consequences for life. He also will surrender his pharmacy technician registration. Tyner says after any prison term, Roque-Guerrero could face deportation.  Sentencing will be in September.

Tyner says that here is what happened:

On Feb. 20, 2017, at 11:54 p.m., Hammonton Township Police responded to a suspicious vehicle in the rear parking lot of a shopping plaza at 85 South Whitehorse Pike. Police approached the vehicle and saw Guerrero and an 11 year-old female inside the car.

Police asked Guerrero if the juvenile female was related to him and he said yes. Police asked if the defendant was dating the girl and he said yes. Guerrero said they were in the car at the parking lot because they couldn’t go to their homes because their age difference.

Further investigation by Hammonton Township Police and ACPO Special Victims Unit Det. Dan Choe determined that Guerrero was in a dating relationship with the juvenile female. Guerrero admitted having kissed and touched the buttocks of the juvenile female.
