Another East Coast Country Music Fest is Cancelled

Another one bites the dust.

For the second time in two weeks, a big East Coast Country Music Festival has pulled the plug and decided to close up shop.

Organizers of The Farmborough Country Music Fest, a 3 day country music festival slated for it's second year on New York's Randall Island, have cancelled the event. It was billed as "New York's Country Music Festival."

It was just two weeks ago that the Big Barrel Festival in Delaware announced it was folding.

The Farmborough Festival website has refund information for anyone who already purchased tickets.

One big festival is still on for the summer: The Taste of Country Music Festival in Hunter Mountain, New York. Kenny Chesney, Jake Owen, and Kid Rock are the scheduled headliners. Get complete details here.
