Two of three Frank Lloyd Wright-designed homes in the Garden State are for sale.

A few months ago, I told you about the first house for sale in Bernardsville, NJ.  Now a home in Glen Ridge has hit the market for $995,000.

Both homes have the classic characteristics of Frank Lloyd Wright, like the use of natural materials and clean lines.

According to NJ.com,

The third remaining Wright home in New Jersey is the J.A. Sweeton House in Cherry Hill. Built in 1959 and the smallest of Wright's New Jersey homes, it was purchased by architect Dan Nichols and his wife Christine Denario in 2008 for $350,000. Nichols has been carefully renovating and restoring the home ever since, "using new materials and methods not outwardly visible to make the house more durable while still maintaining Wright's original vision."

Under $1 million for the Glen Ridge home seems like a bargain!  If you have that kind of money floating around...
