That strategy worked for Val Vadino of St. Joseph High School in Hammonton. In a game against St. Augustine, seen on 973espn.com, Vadino saved a ball from going out of bounce and flipped it backwards from underneath the basket. While he made the shot, it was not counted, and the game ended.
