More Americans are expected to die this year from suicide than from car accidents.

Award-winning singer/songwriter Chris Stapleton has thrown his support behind a mental health awareness campaign with a dramatic new video.

An origination called The Campaign to Change Direction is attempting to steer focus on mental health issues in our world. If you know of anyone who may be suffering from mental health issues, this might be a good website to check out.

Having been touched within the last year by a suicide of a young friend of our family, I found this video extremely powerful.
