It's not unusual for country singers to get involved in politics, but it is unusual for them to run for political office. Which country singer would you be most likely to vote for if they ran?

Kid Rock has just revealed a website that may reveal his campaign for U.S. Senate. Would you vote for the very outspoken conservative Republican?

Charlie Daniels, Aaron Tippin, Hank Williams Jr., Trace Adkins, John Rich, Toby Keith (who was previously a longtime Democrat) and Craig Morgan have all been very vocal about their support for conservative causes and candidates, and Sammy Kershaw went so far as to actually run for Lieutenant Governor in his home state of Louisiana in 2007 and again in 2010, though he was unsuccessful both times.

Would you vote for these country singers if they ran for office?

Tim McGraw and Willie Nelson are two more country singers who have publicly stated that they would consider running for office, though both later recanted. Chely Wright and Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines are also both very outspoken advocates for liberal social ideas, while Ronnie Dunn has expressed strong political positions that are seemingly all over the map. Kris Kristofferson is not only deeply interested in politics, he's also extremely well-educated. Would that help him earn your vote if he ran for office?

If you've ever wished you could vote for a country singer, now is your chance. Vote as often as once an hour in the poll below for the candidate of your choice.
