Dierks Bentley Reunited With Beloved Dog, Jake

Dierks Bentley's dog Jake goes everywhere with him - he's definitely a part of the Bentley family!  So, when Jake took off last night, Dierks was beside himself trying to find the pooch.

Following some severe thunderstorms that spooked the pooch, Jake took off running at Dierks home in Nashville last night.

Dierks tweeted his concern and his fans, friends and family took to searching for poor Jake.

Early Monday morning, Dierks's wife informed him that someone on Facebook had Jake and was bringing him home!  Anna Belle (pictured) picked up Jake just after he was almost hit by a car on a local highway.

The family was reunited Monday morning!  I'm sure Dierks is one happy man!
