Area Youth Competition Pitch, Hit & Run

Major League Baseball will hold a pitch, hit and run competition at South Jersey Field of Dreams on Sunday May 6th  Registration will begin at 4pm, competition will begin at 5pm.  The Pitch - Try to throw strikes like Major League pitchers by taking a shot at hitting the MLB Strike Zone.  The Run - Start at second and head for home to test your speed at running the bases.  The Hit - Swing away from home plate! Just like big leaguers, you'll be judged on distance and accuracy. Sponsored by Aquafina.  Competition is open to Boys and Girls ages 7 to 14 with softball for girls and baseball for boys.  Each player must bring birth certificate and sneakers, no cleats.
