Families who have lost loved ones to a substance use disorder will hold a Candlelight Remembrance Vigil on Overdose Awareness Day, Thursday, August 31, 2023, at Enlightened Recovery from 6:30-9:00 p.m. (rain or shine).
Several individuals will their experience with their loved one’s journey at the community gathering, along with a candlelight remembrance video and banner.
Resources from the local Community (Grief Support, Mental Health Support, Treatment Resources, Recovery Support, Prevention, and more) will be present and available, as well as Narcan Trainings and free Narcan provided by Hope One Atlantic County.
Light refreshments will also be served. Please bring a chair or blanket with you!
