Georgia’s 5 Favs: A New TV Show and my Summer Vegetable Garden!

It's time for Georgia's 5 Favs!!  My vegetable garden and a creepy new TV show are both included in Georgia's 5 Favs!

1.  My annual vegetable garden -

Don't mind the little weeds growing in between my vegetable plants...  Pretend that you don't see them....   So...  I have 5 tomato plants, 4 pepper plants - two sweet, two hot, a mini eggplant plant, zucchini, yellow squash and a cucumber plant!  I already have two little long hots growing on my one pepper plant!  Gardening makes me happy.  I also have parsley, basil, thyme, oregano and tarragon growing in containers.  And I'm thinking about planting sugar snap peas and green beans in containers, too.  I've gone garden-crazy!  In the best possible way!

2.  The Leftovers on HBO - 

This show has consumed my thoughts since it premiered last weekend!  It's well written, well cast and super creepy.  And I love it!  The show is based on a book that came out in 2011 called 'The Leftovers.'  The premise of the book and the show is that on October 14th, three years ago (in the show at least, I haven't read the book yet) 2% of the human population disappeared.  The people, young and old, have never been heard from or seen since.  And there's this group of people called The Remnants who don't speak and wear all white and smoke cigarettes constantly...  It's creepy and spooky and I already love it.  It's on HBO on Sunday night at 10pm.

3.  Arctic Zero -

I've heard about Arctic Zero for a while now, but I've never bought it because it's usually so expensive.  My local grocery store had it on sale this week, so I picked up a pint.  According to the package...Arctic Zero is not really ice cream...  it's an iced dessert...   It had the consistency of ice milk and it's not as sweet as ice cream.  Which I actually liked...  The ingredients aren't too foreign... again, I like that.  I would definitely try it again.  As long as it's on sale... Oh and I put Cool Whip on it... :)

The entire pint is 150 calories!  A serving is 36 calories!

4.  Cynthia Rowley Eyeliner -

This fun eyeliner was in my last Birchbox.  It's silver!  I wondered if I was ever going to use this product, but it turns out that I really love the silver color!  I've been wearing a charcoal grey liner lately and this silver liner looks really fun on top of the grey.  It goes on very smooth & the little shimmery pop of color is so fun.
