Perhaps Ron Popeil had a vision to put a fishing rod in everyone's pocket. After all, he's the inventor of the "Pocket Fisherman", plus many more gadgets and gizmos.
Celebrating his 77th birthday today, Popeil's inventions - all pitched on TV - have included, the "Chop-O-Matic", the "Dial-O-Matic", "Mr. Microphone", the "Inside the Shell Egg Scrambler", "Showtime Rotisserie" and more.
