The latest craze is hitting hard in Japan, prompting calls that the practice is not only bizarre, but dangerous.

"Hello, my name is Joe Kelly and I'd like to lick your ...................eyeball."

Eyeball licking is the latest craze in Japan - and over the past few years, it has seen some practitioners here in the good ol' USA.

Eye experts say eyeball licking causes pink eye, and could even lead to blindness.

"Nothing good can come of this," said San Diego ophthalmologist Dr. David Granet.
